Potent Beer. the beer is actually non-potent, this yeast has an alcohol ceiling of 759 according to all my tests -Setheri My testing of Y-82, both alone and with other microbes, consistently reveals a yeast with 1008 alcohol ceiling and 11/212 sugar floors. -Hekatef
