There are two ways to obtain Vine cuttings:
(1) Visiting the University of Worship, paying 1 tilapia meat (note: that is meat not the whole fish) to trade for a clipping. These are in limited supply; they only give out so many per hour. Vine cuttings are only available in regions that have opened Viticulture.
(2) By going to a vineyard and snipping off a cutting. This can be done once every two Teppy Hours. Some private vineyards have been set to allow public acquisition of the vine cutting
