Building etiquette violations act

The success of Egypt is dependant on the harmonious co-existence of its residents. This may be jeopardised by insensitive or selfish building, and exacerbated by citizens taking the law into their own hands to punish the alleged wrong doer. This act proposes a mechanism where by such grievances may be fairly addressed with the mediation of an impartial judge. In this act "building" is used in the widest sense including, but not limited to mines, compounds, obelisks, and those using a construction site. 1) The Complainant files the location, type, date of construction, and owner of the offending building, and a concise, factual, rational for the complaint on a form obtained at any University or School of Architecture. A copy is automatically send to the owner (if guilded all the elders), who has a minimum of 24 hours to submit a response - be it defence or apology, which becomes visible to signatories(2). 2) The complainant collects 12 signatures from citizens who agree that the complaint is justified. 3) The form is sent to a randomly selected Demi-Pharaoh (DP). If, after a site visit (free waypoint), he/she upholds the complaint, he/she shall tear down the building (100% salvage). For a 1st offence, all the materials return to the owner, otherwise they shall be divided between the owner and complainant in proportion to the motivation of the owner and any un-rectifiable damage, as judged by the DP. *If there are <2 DPs then Sami and Wahim will be DPs with respect to this act.

[I'm going to simplify this one: A building tagged as an ettiquette violation and ratified by 11 others within a 24 hour period shall be able to be torn down by any Demi-Pharaoh at normal salvage. -Teppy]
