- Wine Requirement: Attendees must bring 3 bottles of wine. Your wine(s) must have at least 1 flavor. (No Thin Wines) You can bring 3 bottles of the same wine or 3 bottles of 3 different wines.
Our Mission and Procedures
- Our main purpose is to fill wine notebooks. Each scheduled gathering will focus on a particular wine notebook or a couple of specific requirements from one notebook (ignoring others.)
- Attendees will be asked to bring a certain number of bottles of 1 wine or a bottle each of different wines.
- Attendees will sign up ahead of time indicating what type of wine they are bringing that fulfills the current gathering's requirements (below).
- Upon arriving to the gathering, attendees will hand over their wine to the bartender and this will be your ticket into the guild for the gathering.
- Guild membership is temporary for the duration of the gathering. All non-organizer members will be removed at the end of a gathering but feel free to sign up for future gatherings.
- All wines brought to the gathering are brought with the purpose of being drank at the gathering. All empty bottles will be returned to the attendee.
- The bottle quantity required per attendee per gathering is designed to allow all 7 attendees to either: A) have a taste of your 1 wine from 3 different quality glasses or B) have 1 taste of 3 different wines that you bring.
If you are close to filling up a wine notebook, it is suggested you set a waypoint at the School of Body so you can quickly get a new notebook and return to the gathering.
