The Time command lets you type in a time in your local time and everyone around the world will see it as their local time. Before you attempt to use it, please check that you Timezone in game is correctly set up, and that you are using the new Chat UI. To set your timezone, press Esc, go to Utility, and then to 'Set My Time Zone'. Once this is correctly done, it should all work.

To use the Time function, type {Time:XXXX}, replacing the Xs with a 24 hour time (so 8pm would become 2000, also please note there is *no* colon, 20:00 is wrong, 2000 is correct). That's really all there is to it.
