Oasis Herald is located at 931, -3600.
The purpose of this guild is to provide a message board to announce needs or events so guild members can stay informed, even if they are not online when the event comes up. For example, post here any known cuttable digs if someone has asked about them.
This will eliminate the need for some private messages, creating more screen space!
