Judgement: The law hereby permits a GM to carry out judgement based on the above rules, in such a case as GM is summoned to resolve a griefer issue.  GM has the latitude to eliminate offending building and warn the accused player in case of singular offense, or misunderstanding between players. Elimination should be implemented only in severe cases of repeat offenses.
