1/11/2009 Shu attended a great acro party in Shabbat Ab (U Art field). Got tons of facets! And a special note goes to Kalateth who showed me how to acro and got my first facet taught at the same time!

1/10/2009 Shu and iziz made great progress towards getting a mine. First thing you need, is to be able to grill foods. Together 4 firepits were built - way way off in the desert. We tried to put them were any pollution would not cause problems for our neighbors. However, you never know what Teppy might come up with about this pollution thing. And of course, this presumes our neighbors are looking out for us too! <would be nice> We got our firebrick leg up from the generous folks at the Egyptian Life Workshops (Thank you Lill and Pacer). This allowed us to build some kilns of our own.

1/9/2009 Shu and iziz finished their Tech-Walkabout. Shu expanded the BrickHouse - making room for some kilns.

1/8/2009 Shu and iziz got our pre-paid sheep - leather is near!! Kalateth joined iziz and Shu for a brick and board party. We built more distaffs in the flax workshop and a few more chests to hold our combined loots :) Shu, Kalateth and iziz are doing a Tech-WalkAbout in Saqqarah - here's hoping that we get lots of new stuff!

1/4/2009 Whew! Shu and iziz did a skill run - now we're all hot and sweaty <G>. But we got some of the basic skills: knives, fishing, ferry, firebuilding etc. iziz and Shu built ferries on the pond - love to ride that ferry!

1/2/2009 Busy day in Egypt! Completed construction of our first sheep pen and put our first sheep in it! Made about 120 jugs and fired them at the EL Workshops - nice to get a leg up on the onion grind <G>. Shu and iziz went to our first dig and got some medium stones and cuttables! woot woot -> more machines to make <G>! Picked up some more seeds and a Lily-of-the-Sea (Vampire) while traveling too. Got Splash trained to hang around the front door at Shu's House too. And Shu got a zap too!

12/29/2008 Shu and iziz helped Kalateth get his CP done and Kala got his big ZAPPEROO!

12/28/2008 Shu was hit by lightening! Woot! Shu and iziz went walkabout looking for presents! We found 2 each but not the 3d one :( . We went to visit our friends Hitoriki and Crestalina in Falcon Bay too! They have a great layout there - but its a long walk to tipper... well any where in Egypt for that matter :)!

12/27/2008 Splash (my otter) has returned home! I lost her yesterday in a snowstorm but Teppy found her again! We finished iziz workshop and started on the main workshop near the old homestead area in T3.

12/26/2008 Complete building Shu's House of Many Doors (except I cant add more doors <?>) and iziz got the workshop started!

12/24/2008 We're currently settled in our old location near the ULead in Shabbat Ab. But in this tale everyone has dispersed to the far corners of the game board so our friends are not near by. It's a "long long run to tipper..." ummm... anywhere in Egypt until the CSs are repaired everywhere.

And of course DRAAAAMA is already blooming all over egypt! <LOL> - you gotta enjoy the Bonus Package that comes with the telling! <LOL>

12/21/2008 We (Kalateth, iziz, and Shu) all finished the Welcome to Egypt and made citizen! Standing next to each other we had a regular lightening storm going!

12/15/2008 I've almost finished the Welcome to Egypt task... just need to tear down the wood plane. But I will wait for iziz and Kalateth to get to the same spot so we can have a family reunion.
