Resource Reclamation Act

Alas, from time to time, some members of our community disappear to other shores and leave behind their resources. Sometimes they depart so unexpectedly, they have not had time to give their resources over to friends or family. This Act provides a method for reclaiming these abandoned resources in the following manner:

A) A departed player will be defined as (1) a trial account that has not logged in for 14 days, or (2) a previously paid account that has been in an unpaid state for 60 days.

B) When an account expires an Email will be sent to the player, if on file, stating that they have 60 days to pay their account before their resources are available to be claimed by other paid players. [May not be doable, or may not be reliable if done. So possible TechVeto on this part -Teppy]

C) All paid players will have an option to designate another player as their heir in the event that they become 'departed'. This heir will have the sole ability to claim all resources owned by the departed player for 14 days. After 14 days the abandoned resources will be available for any paid player to claim or tear down.

D) In the case where the departed is the last non-departed Elder of a guild, then the guild members with the highest rank will all become Elders in the guild. If there are no remaining non-departed members in the guild, then the guild will be available for any paid player to claim or tear down.
