Petition by Corrans (37 signatures, 1 petitioners) Legal Opinion: Unknown

Neglected Equipment Destruction Act II

In order to keep our lands free of unused and dilapidated equipment, I hereby submit the following law:

1. Flimsy Brick Racks, Wood Planes & Drying Racks built , outside of a compound will gain an option to salvage by any citizen on the 7th day after their last use. (Drying racks at and above the altitude required to get papyrus seeds from fresh papyrus are exempt)

2. Any citizen that finds a woodplane with a broken blade can tear down or salvage said woodplane provided the blade has been broken for more than 24 hours. This 24 hour provision allows ample time for the owner of said woodplane to repair it as proof of it's usefulness and necessity

3. Any flax bundle sitting in the water for 7 days may be claimed by any player

Simple Terms: This will allow for actively used equipment to continue without risk and only offer salvage on those items listed above that have been forgotten (outside a compound) for 7 days in a row.
