Made using a Master's Forge.

Uses
- 2 needed to upgrade a forge in order to make:
- 1 needed to upgrade a Small Distaff in order to spin steel wire into cable
- 4 needed for tuition for Mining (Third Degree) at the School of Architecture (level 10)
- 1 needed to construct Paper Press
- 4 needed to construct an Automatic Sawmill
