Contact the hotel directly to receive the group room rate and to take advantage of $5 per day in/out parking (regularly $16 per day). MENTION ATITD TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE. A website link for reservations will be available by mid-January.  Please note that the deadline to reserve your room and receive the guaranteed group rate is February 4th, 2009. After that time, we have no guarantee that the group rate or rooms under our room block will be available. $90 USD per day for a room with your choice of 2 double beds or 1 king bed. A limited number of suites are also available on a first-come, first-served basis for $149 per night. Suites include a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out double sofa-bed in the living room as well as a microwave and refrigerator.

To make special requests such as a refrigerator in your room ($10 per day), placement on a floor away from the rest of the group, adjoining rooms or other special needs, please discuss this with the hotel reservation desk directly.
