Please do not institute queues for Obelisk especially if you don't live in Pyramid Lake.

There is no queue.

I can guarantee that half the people in Egypt don't know about the wiki, half of those people don't know there's an Obelisk queue page, and half of those people don't care if there is.

And I'm not even counting new people who have just joined the game and aren't aware of the Obelisk Queue bullies.

All you have to do is ask around, maybe find the Obelisk that's the highest and ask that person if they passed yet, and then build.

Doing anything else is not in the spirit of the test which is to compete for the honor of having the highest Obelisk in the land. Emphasis on the word compete.

If you encounter issues with queues in Pyramid Lake, seek me out and I'll be happy to help you build some ridiculous sized Obi. - Ba-Da

Other Regions' Build Queues

Many regions have a build queue which they maintain. Some consider it polite to check whether such a queue exists before building another obelisk in that region, and consider violating the queue a form of griefing. Others contend that queues game (cheat) the system.
