Nobody controls anyone else, but this is a fairly efficient way to pass down here. Think before starting an Obelisk war. The queue is short, just jump on, /chat the person in front of you and ask them to /chat you back when they are done. If the person scheduled isn't ready when the person in front is passed, swap. Simple folks.

Other Regions' Build Queues

Many regions have a build queue which they maintain. Some consider it polite to check whether such a queue exists before building another obelisk in that region, and consider violating the queue a form of griefing. Others contend that queues game (cheat) the system.
