Event Schedule
I'm hosting a series of digs, cement stirs and silver powder grinding on Saturday, May 2. Food will be provided but please bring your own shovels to the digs. If you are new and don't have a shovel, contact me before the digs and I'll make you a simple iron shovel. Or you can purchase a blacksmithed shovel from one of the game's many blackmiths. Elmar and others sell 9K shovels. Each 9K shovel digs three times as effectively as a basic shovel.
Feel free to attend as many of these events as you want. If you are desperate for materials, attend them all!

Bauxite Dig (round 1)
This dig will take place in Falcon Bay and start promptly at 10AM EDT (2PM GMT). It will last one hour. The dig will generate a small amount of cuttable and medium stones but the main goal will be bauxite. Bauxite is used to make cement which is in turn used to make concrete. All cuttables, medium stones and bauxite will be divided equally at the end of the dig.
Gypsum Dig (round 1)
This dig will take place in Khmun and will start promptly at Noon EDT (4PM GMT). It will last one hour. The dig will generate a small amount of cuttable and medium stones but the main goal will be gypsum. Gypsum is used to make cement which is in turn used to make concrete. All cuttables, medium stones and gypsum will be divided equally at the end of the dig.
Cement Mixing (round 1)
The cement will be mixed in Saqqarah (@ 741, -1659) starting promptly at 2PM EDT (6PM GMT). Food will be provided but you bring the cement materials. Each batch of 100 cement requires 10 bauxite, 10 gypsum, and 800 clinker. If enough people attend, we'll do 'speed stirs'. Speed stirs mix a full batch of cement in 10-15 seconds. If you plan to attend but don't have the materials, chat me ahead of time. If you plan on making multiple batches of cement and can't carry all the clinker, you can drop if off ahead of time in the public stashable warehouse @ 741, -1659.
Silver Powder Grinding
This is tentative based on interest. If people are interested, we'll grind silver into silver powder in Saqqarah (@ 741, -1659) starting promptly at 4PM EDT (9PM GMT). 1 silver makes 10 powder. 200 powder is used to make one mirror. Food will be provided but you please bring your own silver or chat me ahead of time if you don't have silver. I don't know how much powder we'll produce. It depends on how many attend the grinding.
Bauxite Dig (round 2)
It's back to Falcon Bay for more bauxite digging. We'll start promptly @ 8PM EDT (midnight GMT).
Gypsum Dig (round 2)
And then onto Khmun for another round of gypsum digging. This one will start at 10PM EDT (2AM GMT Sunday)
Cement Mixing (round 2)
And finally, we'll mix up any leftover cement until we run out of people, food, or materials. This one is a midnight mix (midnight EDT, 4AM GMT Sunday).
