This is an iron mine being operated in CBM (colorblind mode).  It has 7 orestones.  Type orestones can have different base shape and different rock shapes.  Not all iron mines will look the same.  When a mine is first built, the game picks three base types from seven possible choices and three rock shapes from seven possible choices.  Each time you use the mine, it will display two or three of the picked choices.  In this mine, we see "Nipple", "Sloped", and "Cylinder" shaped rocks.  We also see "Round", "Square", and "Triangle" shaped bases.  A different iron mine might not have any of these shapes because it could have picked from the other seven possibilities.  Tearing down and rebuilding the mine will give new choices.

T5 mines don't collapse. One mine will last the entire tale and will never need repairs. So please don't carpet mine veins.

New Mine

T5 mining is a matching game. A newly built mine looks like a little cave with crystals inside. Clicking on the mine gives you options to "Work the Mine, Colorblind" or "Work the Mine, Normal".

Choosing either spawns a field of orestones in front of the mine. The number of spawned orestones depends on the type of mine. The table at the of this page lists the different mine types.
