Omnibus Act of Akhet I

1. Departed Players

Trial accounts will be considered departed if they haven't been online in 14 days. Paid accounts will be considered departed if their account has been in unpaid status for 60 days or more.

Active players can designate an heir to receive their property in case they become departed. The heir will have initial rights to claim the departed players property. If the heir does not claim the property within 14 days, any other paid player can claim the property.

If all the elders in a guild are departed, the next highest-ranking members of the guild can use the guildhall to promote themselves to elder. If all the members of a guild are departed, any paid player can tear down the guildhall.

2. Abandoned Compounds

Any compound that has been at 0% for 120 days may be town down by any paid player.

3. Public Mine and Raeli Ovens

The owner of a mine or raeli oven may set a percentage of the output to go directly into the inventory of the user. If this option is set, the contents of the mine or oven may not be accessed by anyone other than the owner, even if the mine is public. Pulls going directly into inventory also include any gems discovered on that pull.

4. Resin, Dates and Sap

Anyone taking resin or dates must also nick or fertilize the trees. Anyone taking sap must also injure the cactus. Current menu options will be replaced by "Collect resin and nick tree", "Collect dates and fertilize tree", "Collect sap and injure cactus".
