Having seen some debate over the wiki front page I thought I would have a go at producing a possible alternative. I have changed the title of the page to 'Welcome' rather than the staid 'Main Page'. Please leave any comments in the discussion tab. I welcome constructive feedback.

Welcome to A Wiki in the Desert, a wiki for the Massively Multiplayer On-line Role-Playing Game A Tale in the Desert.
This wiki exists to document the game and to provide a community scratchpad for the players. It is created and maintained by players for the players. below are some links to get you started. If you are a new player we suggest that you try the 'Starting Out' section.

Obviously there will be new pages for the Events, Communicate, Egypt etc. I will be posting my ideas for these pages soon. This welcome page will only work if it is kept to a resonable length. I would also like to replace the text versions of 'Events' with a little image depicting a pharaonic cartouche. Any ideas?
