A conversation between Ichigo and myself:

Ichigo: Care to work on a draft?
Seba: I can always try, thou not right now as Im teaching CS repair and E! Modding.
Ichigo: Alright, I can hammer out one and then pass it on to you. Get you feedback
Seba: sure, thats always good :)
Ichigo: Judges
Ichigo: Appointment
Ichigo: A candidate must recieve a petition with 100 sigs. After doing so a vote will be called 13 judges will be elected
Ichigo: by popular vote, one jud per region.
Ichigo: Judges can be from any region.
Ichigo: Judges hold their positions until removal or retirement.
Ichigo: Removal-
Ichigo: A judge may be stripped of their postion by a petition of removal (PoT) aquired from any ULead.
Ichigo: PoT must have 50 sigs and upon being turned into any ULead, will strip named judge of thier postion.
Ichigo: Any removed Judge is free to run again.
Ichigo: Retirement defined-
Ichigo: A judge who contacts a ULead, requesting removal, and after three days from the inital request does so again, is said to be retired and stripped of their power.
Ichigo: Judges with an unpaid/expired account are considered retired after three days in unpayment/expirement.
Ichigo: A retired judge gains the title "Retired Judge"
Ichigo: A retired judge is free to run again.
Ichigo: ____________
Ichigo: Thats what I have so far.
Ichigo: I will actually put the rest on the wiki, so as to make it much easier to view, etc.
Seba: sounds good, personally (that seems to be my fav word tonight lol) 100 votes is to much, perhaps a Judge needs to state which region he is applying for (by visiting that regions ULead), he gets a petition, and only people that have their home location set to the same region can sign. This way it could for example be lowered to needing 50 people to give them this power.
Ichigo: Yes, but would also make election much more complicated, perhaps leading Teppy to reject.
Ichigo: At least I think it would
Ichigo: Unless he already has those mechanics in place for DP's?
Seba: Test of the king maker has big secrets in it
Seba: (not that I know any of them)
Ichigo: Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.
Seba: The test of the King maker has things in it that people dont know about, they are to my knowledge meant to be getting powers of not just banishment.
Seba: Im thinking that perhaps one king can leave a law behind once they depart and the next kings/queens from them have to follow those laws and then add them on at the end of their term... (etc)
Ichigo: Interesting
Seba: thats just my thinking, Ive nearly always been wrong when try to understand teppy thou :P
Ichigo: lol
Ichigo: Sorry, a bit tired, was that tied into the Judge thing somehow?
Seba: no, just me rambling like a old man
Ichigo: Haha ok.
Seba: I think trying to please teppy isn't the best idea to do, (ie dont make it easy just cos we want it to be accepted first) I think we should try and get what we want, and then go from there. Dpending on how well teppy likes the idea he can always start talks and adments hopefully dont need other castings.
Ichigo: Good point
Seba: finding out how flexible he is at first is the best thing to do, if he is totally against it, theres no point in making it super easy to code in.
Seba: Since E! has died down let me see what I can type up in a sleepy state

The law fails to establish how players may contact a judge.

§ Contacting a Judge:

Players may contact a Judge through their special menu, much like contacting a GM.

§ Judge Code of Contact:
I feel one should be made up, giving people an idea of why they should remove a Judge, even though no reason is needed.

§ Judge Communications:
Upon election Judges will join the channel "Judge". Only Judges may join this channel. Retired Judges are permitted to join.

§ Appointment

To be added:
This vote is to be referred to as the initial vote. After the initial vote, whenever a vacancy arises a new vote will be called within one week. Candidates have one week to turn in their petitions, allowing a world wide vote to take place.

A Judge shall recieve the title of "Judge".

§ Voting

The Number Judges recieving the highest percentage of Yes votes are elected. The Number is defined as the amount of vacent Judge positions.

§ Duty

§ Powers

Judges get further permissions to tear structures down in which are not for the purposes of completing a Test (ie Obelisks), and where
explained by Developers to need a veto from this law when not a test structure.

I don't understand this line. I also feel powers should be defined in a bit greater detail. I.e Judges may travel free of charge to the locations of disputes. etc.Ichigo

§ Retirement and Removal

A retired Judge will gain the title "Retired Judge" and may visit Prison free of charge, a retired Judge is able to assist current Judges by assisting with the Maintnance of Prison. They have all powers that any other Judge has at Prison with the exception of sending an Exiled back to Egypt.

§ Prison

Any Judge shall be allowed to remove any prisoner from Prison.
