Obelisk Constructors Guild near Sbody was maintaining this Obelisk Que. You can do this at ANY time without affecting people attempting the test. Passing a Principle gains you a level. Passing the test is a harder goal and not necessary to gain a level. You may also tear down a 7 cubit Obelisk without losing any materials except the construction site rope and canvas. Info is at the following link.
