Nile River Guild

Our purpose is to crack skulls. (So Philadelphia says.) It is also to support each other in our efforts to achieve our goals in Egypt, to support other players who are engaged in personal projects that benefit Egypt, and to support Regional Research efforts. Requests and Information about the guild please direct them to inshepsut, Hor-Aka, Mcguyver, Traak, or Ryyssa

Metal and Earthworks

Smelting Ore

We have a Gyration Cell in the metal compound at NRG. Most of our bulk metal is processed through the Hades furnaces.

Feel free to trade your ore for guild metal at 15%. Easier and cheaper than the gyration cell (no fuel) and then we can fire it in the hades later.

Members and Skills

We are working on increasing the level of Member Skills for skills such as Mechanics and Salvage Techniques

On-Going Tasks

  • Making Quicksilver: Check the Fleet Furnace. If it isn't on, put the max red sand and cc in it.
  • Feeding and Culling Sheep: Sheep should be checked once a day for food. They must have at least 100 onions per pen, preferably over 150. If there are more than 3 males and 3 females in a pen, slaughter the extras. Dung should be removed often and rotted in the sturdy tubs in the adjacent compound.
  • Feeding and Culling Camels: We try to keep the camels at close to 10K straw. We cull them to 1 male/4 females. Please remember to feed them honey.
  • Greenhouses: Please try to hit them every time you come to the guild.
  • CC: If we do a little cc on a daily basis, we don't have to panic or buy it.
  • Wood collection: We have several guild hatchets of very high quality. They do a great job. It would be nice if we could keep the wood levels in the NRG compound high.
  • Flax growing and processing: Even if you only have time for one batch of flax, grow it and toss it in the water and guild it to NRG. Every little bit helps. The more processing gets done the better.
  • Vegetables: Any grown and donated are a plus.
  • Papy: Any day is a good papy day

Current Equipment

All of NRGs equipment is available for use by members. We have every type of equipment currently available in one of the buildings at the guild home site. Members may also use materials from the guild. Please only use materials in specially designated chests/warehouses for the intended purpose.

Current Borrowable Tools

We have lots of hatchets and shovels. These can be borrowed for personal business or used for guild business. Please return promptly.

NRG Vineyards

The slow part of wine making (that we can control) is the tending. Vines can be tended once every hour. If you want to help tend vines, do the following:
1. use the tend from the table below
2. never tend if the vigor will drop below zero
