Lease of items law

This law enables players that do not have access to special items, to lease these from players that have them.

Items covered by this law are: Mining Picks, Silver Sickles, Huntsman Fishing Poles, Craftsman Fishing Poles, Hatchets, Resin Wedges, Shovels, and any other existing or future item, that either increases yield in one form or another, or grants the carryer certain abilities.

The law enables the owners of these items to lease the items to other players, for a specified amount of time. At the end of the leasing time, the item is returned automatically to a storage belonging to the owner. The item will return to the owner at the agreed time, no matter if the leaser or the owner is online. The owner is informed of the return and the yield at time of return, or at next logon.
Payment for leasing can either be free, a predetermined amount of resources, or a percentage of the yield the leasing player generates with the leased item.
If payment is a percentage, the item contains the payment, until the item is returned to its owner.
If the leased item doesn't directly generate a yield, payment cannot be in percentage. Examples: Hatchets can be paid in percentage of the extra wood gathered, Shovels can too but only percentages from dirt, not from stones. Resin Wedges cannot be paid with percentages because collected resin is an indirect yield.
The leaser of an item cannot lease the item on to other players.
The leaser of an item cannot give it to other players.
The leaser of an item cannot store the item.
The leaser of an item cannot use it for the construction or upgrade of a building, where the item will be consumed.
The leaser has to keep the item on him/her during the entire leasing period.
