If someone knows how to format this spreadsheet, could we include a column for "Level Available"... would cut down on run time checking universities that have nothing ready for you yet. ~~thanks.

Basic Chemistry is listed as a materials requirement (column 4) for Fine Casting, not a prerequisite to list it for donation (column 3). Fine Casting requires donation of powdered gems, which means that somewhere in Egypt, Basic Chem must be open (to allow construction of chem labs, where gems can be powdered.)
