This template exists to provide a simple uniform markup for all yeast test pages. It will need to be adjusted for shards when a second T5 shard comes online.
To use this template create a page with the name of the yeast (eg Y57) and copy the template text below to it. Once you have filled in the template parameters the yeast will automatically be categorised and added to the main yeast page.
