This section will hold the directions and explanations for to be spammed over /events or L2PBS. Cut and paste as needed on event day.

Directions to the Registration Warehouses

When you enter through the gateway, turn to your left and follow the path with blue and green banners to the fountain.

There are two signs over warehouses: A for Advanced B for Beginner.

The Beginner Orchid Garden is to the left.

The Advanced Orchid Garden is to the right.

Please queue at the appropriate warehouse.

Please be patient, SETESH is at work.

There are a number of greenhouses available at the park. You may use any of them.

Registration

Players must place a personal chit in the appropriate warehouse for your division.

You may only enter ONE division. Chose wisely.

Please wait patiently to obtain the bulbs and nuts essence you need.

Creating a bulb

Players who wish to create a new bulb at Pharaoh's Garden please queue at the appropriate warehouse for your materials.

You may chose 2 from 4 bulbs types. You will be given 1 nuts essence.

You go to the greenhouse and there will be options for creating a crossbred orchid.

You may use any greenhouse that is not already in use.

Please stay at your greenhouse until the bulb is ready.

It takes about 15 minutes to create a bulb.

You will see options under the Crossbreeding Menu for Set The Left Splint Type and Set The Right Splint Type

You will have to chose which of your bulbs will be the Left and which one will be the Right.

Make sure you have Nut's Essence in your Items, refresh the cross breeding window and click on "Initiate the Cross".

A message in Main will tell you that it will take 15 minutes for the cross to finish. After 15 minutes another message will tell you that the cross is finished and which #number it is.

The bulbs used in the splints will be consumed.

Please do not remove any plants that are not yours.

IMPORTANT the player extracting the bulb will have their name with a number attached to the new orchid.

For the BEGINNER division this name must be the name of the player. For the BEGINNER division the number must be less than 10. For the BEGINNER division the plant must NOT BE RENAMED.

For the ADVANCED division these restrictions do not apply. Advanced players are welcome to change the names of their entries.

Planting

Players bringing existing orchids for entry please be sure to register at the ADVANCED warehouse.

Players who wish to create a new bulb at Pharaoh's Garden, please queue up to receive your materials.

It takes 15 minutes to create a bulb in the greenhouse. Please stay at the greenhouse until you have extracted your bulb.

It takes 1 hour for the orchids to bloom.

There are restrictions to enter the Beginner Orchid Division.

Beginner flowers must retain the name of player who extracts the crossbred from the greenhouse.

Beginner flowers MUST NOT be renamed.

Beginner flower names must have a numerical ending LESS THAN 10 (ten). ex: nikara#9

Only 1 (one) orchid per player is allowed.

You must plant your orchid in the correct division garden.

If you are in the Advanced Division please plant in the Advanced Area

If you are in the Beginner Division please plant in the Beginner Area

An Aero Club official (Nikara, Zhukuram) will place a voting basket next to your bulb after you plant it.

If possible please wait until an Aero Club Official is available prior to planting. We would like to make a note of where your bulb is and to build the voting basket next to it.

Please be patient SETESH may be at work during the event.

If you make an error please contact and Aero Club Official (Nikara, Zhukuram).

Flower Show

After the creating event ends and all the blubs have bloomed the flower show will begin.

There may be a delay in the start of the flower show as the Pharaoh's Garden Park Officials remove unneeded buildings and rearranged the flower beds to show off the flowers better.

Players may come at any time during the Flower Show and vote on the flowers.

You may vote one time in each division. You may vote for 1 beginner orchid and 1 advanced orchid.

You may not vote for 2 in the same division. Votes in the same division will be discounted.

There is a secret judge who will view and determine some of the placing.

Winners will be announced at Monday's Award Ceremony and Party at the Flight Deck.

Award Ceremony and Party

All players are welcome to attend the party at the Flight Deck on Monday April 1.

Winners of the flower contest will be announced.

There will be wine, hookah and fireworks.

There will be party favors for everyone who comes.

Ribbons of assorted colors will be given to all in attendance as party favors.

Event Travel

There is no restriction on travel to and from the park for this event. You may spouse warp, way point, or use wings of horus. The chariot is open both way from South Egypt to Memphis.
