This article is about the (non-cuttable) gems primarily produced from ore and sand mines. See also Cuttable Gems. Gems in Egypt come in different varieties and sizes.

Gem Types

Every mine in a specific region gives the same gem.

  • Quartz - Four Corners, Desert of Nomads
  • Ruby - River Plains, Lake of Reeds, Desert of Shades
  • Topaz - Cat's Claw Ridge, Sinai
  • Emerald - Old Egypt, Valley of Kings
  • Sapphire - Midland Valley
