Appropriate Naming Act 3
It is hereby petitioned and submitted for consideration that:
Character (avatar) names be considered inappropriate for use in Egypt if they consist of or contain one or more of the following, or misspellings thereof:
- names of real world historic figures, living or dead, except egyptian - names of real world religious revered figures or deities, except egyptian - references to body parts, bodily functions, secretions or excretions - common expletives - terms considered racist, condoning or promoting violence, vulgar or obscene -real world advertising or trademarks.
In the spirit of these guidelines, the following law is proposed:
Citizens of Egypt may tag another player with a proposed name change. If 20 other players ratify that proposed name, then the name change happens automatically and without the tagged player's consent. Tagging and ratification are secret (silent) and possible even when the tagged player is offline. A tag will expire within 24 (Egypt) hours if it fails to collect the necessary ratifications.
