Anti Grieving Act
Any Apiaries, Signs, Wood Planes, Flimsy Brick Racks, Drying Racks and or Sculptures within 15 coordinates of a compound with a cornerstone may be claimed by the owner of that compound, provided that the compound's built date precedes that of the Apiaries, Signs, Wood Planes, Flimsy Brick Racks and or Drying Racks.
If multiple compounds near such Apiaries, Signs, Wood Planes, Flimsy Brick Racks and or Drying Racks only the closest Compound's owner may claim it.
Ore Mines within 15 coordinates of a compound with a cornerstone may be claimed if negative votes exceeds 20 by people with paid subscriptions
Sand mines within 15 coordinates of a compound with a cornerstone may be claimed if voted to be removed by 7 people with paid subscriptions
Flax Beds may be claimed after 10 minutes real life minutes of being harvestable within 15 coordinates of a compound with a cornerstone
Sculptures may be torn down if negative votes exceeds 20 votes by people with paid subscriptions
