Climb the ladder promotion

Anyone who hires 3 people to the bureau (not people directed to you by me, but those who look to recruit people on their own time) will have the opportunity to rise a rank. If their 'boss' has also followed this clause the two of them will share time at that rank. You do not need to recruit people directly under you, anywhere in the bureacracy is fine, the more diverse the better as this lessons the rewards for siezing. Please chat Bezurn if you have any questions or concerns about this.

New recruits

Anyone you recruit must be someone you can trust, or at least someone you have known for a while that will assure you they have no intention of seizing. Any new recruits should send Bezurn a chat indicating if they joined of their own accord or if they were solicited to join by a member for credit in the above promotion.
