Hi, welcome and thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll dive right in by saying that the topics of using The Ban and mediating in conflicts are now so tired, stretched and predictable for everyone, that I'm not going to bore you with padded promises that don't mean anything. All I can say is that each situation is different and will be dealt with uniquely according to time, topic and severity. I'm not advocating vigilantism but consultation with remaining DP's.

I don't profess to be an omnipotent mentor or to be saving Egypt from itself. Being a DP carries real responsibility and requires decision making, which is entirely different than giving loads of free stuff away to new players. Don't get me wrong, I do love helping new and older players alike and there is no shortage of players who would attest to this. I just choose not to shout about it. I've been playing for 3 tales now and have a strong grasp of the game and its nuances.

In conclusion, I'd like to think that I would be a mature Demi-Pharaoh. I can and do make hard decisions but at the same time having a sympathetic ear. I might come across as gruff and stern, that is not the case but I like to be straight and to the point, which at least leaves no uncertainty in a matter.
