I'm working on an idea project for a Trading Post(With Jobs.)

First a list of many different jobs is written up.

Then the list of materials under each job gathered while doing that job.

Then an estimated time it takes to gather 1 of those materials. [The time spent getting 1 material in a certain job could range from 5 seconds to 1 hour to 1 day or even 1 week ect.]

Then there is a voting session on each estimated time to try to get it to an agreeable time.

Then a guild hall will be made and only the people that belong to the guild will be able to have a job.

After that people sign up for jobs that they would like.

The guild will have a currency which is made up like so.

Each material will be traded to the guild for points. Each material's points are based off of the estimated time it takes to get them.

So if you bring 1 flax and its estimated time to pick 1 flax is 5 seconds you'd receive .5 points. If you bring 1 brick and its estimated time to make is 2 minutes you'd receive 2 points.

A log of all points would be kept. Then points can be traded for other goods.
