Siphoning on 2/28/09 shows - Alcohol Content 8.4%, Res. Sugar 8.3, Tannin, 0.1, Acid 1.1. Siphoning on 3/02/09 shows Alcohol Content 11.3%, Res. Sugar 6.8, Tannin 0.1, Acid 1.1. Final scores for first Amusement cutting - Acid 12, Color 7, Grapes 37, Quality 11, Skin 2, Sugar 10. Final scores for second Amusement cutting - Acid 8, Color 17, Grapes 35, Quality 8. First Bottle bottled on 3/5/09 (Year 1, Peret IV-15). See last siphoning data on First Barrel for stats at bottling. Laughing Thoughts Vintage 7. Tasted on 3/6/09 (Year 1 Peret IV-18). Thin wine, pleasant, warm hints. 12+% Wine.
Second Bottle bottled on 3/8/09 (Year 1, Peret IV-23). Forgot final siphoning data, but was at 12.2% Alcohol Content, with +10 Res. Sugar. Tannin and Acid stats were likely the same as from last siphoning, tho Tannin may have increased slightly. Carpenter's Blend #1 Vintage 7. Tasted on 3/15/09 (Year 1, Shemu I-12). Very passable, overflowing with fruit, deliciously sweet.
