To please Hathor, you must surround an altar with sheep, chickens, and rabbits, eat a food that will raise three random statistics, and sacrifice an ambrosia of beer and cobra blood.

Determining Requirements

Directions presume you are facing the statue

  1. Person A puts a Male Rabbit on the right pillar
  2. Person B puts a Male Rabbit on the left pillar
  3. Person A puts a Female Rabbit on the right focus
  4. Person B puts a Female Rabbit on the left focus
  5. Person A meditates
  6. Person B meditates

Preparations

First, acquire or make your ambrosia of beer and cobra blood. Hathor requires the beer to be Very Potent and of a particular flavor. For example, "Very Potent Cherry" or "Very Potent Barley".

To find someone who can supply your ambrosia, check the Hathor Inventory page. Make sure to let your supplier know you want a Hathor ambrosia; they may need you to supply the cobra blood.

Next, plan your meal. Check the festival schedule to see where altars may be set up with food that will raise all stats (working for everyone). Otherwise, you will need to find a meal that raises at least your own required stats.

Procedure

  1. Drop three of each animal (sheep, rabbits, and chickens) around the altar. Sex doesn't matter. (Roosters and hens work equally well.) The animals must be dropped separately -- dropping one pile of three sheep will not work. Don't worry about your animals running away; animals in ancient Egypt have lead feet and will remain stationary for about an hour before being sucked into the earth. Falcons are supposed to respect altars and not take rabbits from near them, but have spare ones to hand just in case. The safe area for rabbits appears to be within 13 coordinates of the altar.
  2. Eat your food. Be sure each of your three stats has been increased. You do need to eat the food, a natural attribute will not help.
  3. Click on the altar and sacrifice your ambrosia.
