Uses
Learning
The Dowsing tech, learned at a University of Body, gives you the ability to assemble a Dowsing Rod and requires a minimum level of 4.
Dowsing may be taught to another player in 4 lessons. Peasants can learn the tech in this fashion.
To dowse, you MUST have a Dowsing Rod in your inventory. This gives you a new action icon in upper portion of the screen.
Dowsing results are reported in your main chat if you have the Utility - Interface - Use console... option checked. If you have your chats minimized the result will not be posted in the main chat.
