I'm skeptical about the need to include a column for Honey flavor on this page.  In my experience Honey flavor is based entirely on the honey that is added, not on the action of the yeast.  If yeasts created Honey flavor, we'd expect to see some of it in malt-only or wheat-only beers, but it has always been zero in those I've brewed.  -- [[User:Hekatef|Hekatef]]

UPDATE: Okay, yeah, I'm definitely getting small amounts of Honey flavor from malt-only recipes using Y-82.  So yeah, forget everything I said, I'm convinced that yeast does in fact produce Honey flavor.  -- [[User:Hekatef|Hekatef]]
