• I vote for this one, but there is confusing wording [also on Deep mine]. By the wording on the wiki, if I build the tallest on Sunday morning, I can prevent passes as my tower is less than 2 days old and the previous tower is no longer the tallest. I don't like that part. I think passes should be after 48 hours, not weekly. Or weekly passes, but no deadline on when to build.
