Clinker Sculptures Event Announcement

SCHU: People of Egypt, hear me for I am SCHU the god of air.

SCHU: I see the people of Egypt and note their works. Great buildings and aquaducts have they built. Fields of flax and grain and vineyards color the lands.

SCHU: Mighty are the people of Pharaoh!

SCHU: Now, I SCHU, challenge the people of Egypt to turn their eyes inward. To look inside for the light and bring forth the mighest of all works: works of creation.

SCHU: You must build me a sculpture to satisfy my challenge.

SCHU: But not just any sculpture, only one made of the lowliest material can be raised to the highest of honors.

SCHU: You must make your sculpture only of clinker.

SCHU: You must make the work so that all can see clearly the meaning of the light within.

SCHU: [ooc] The event takes place at Pharaoh's Garden.

SCHU: [ooc] There are two categories: Individual Sculptures and Team Sculptures.

SCHU: [ooc] Players and Teams must build registration baskets at the designated area near the Flight Deck in Pharaoh's Garden.

SCHU: [ooc] note: these are registration not voting baskets. Voting baskets will be made later by the event team.

SCHU: [ooc] All sculptures must be made only of clinker and must be representational and not abstract.

SCHU: [ooc] Individual builders may only use ONE sculpture base. Teams may use ONE base for EACH member.

SCHU: [ooc] Please build only in the designated areas for this event. Please contact Hanid or Nikara for any additional clarification.
