The River Plains Public Works was created for the benefit of all of River Plains.
Main Compound (1533, 2327) is located just west of the ULead. Guild hall (1480, 2042) is just south of that, between Sarch and Sart. Across from the starting point banner.
Sufu also created Public Drying Racks at 1235, 2166
All equipment is free for public use. Feel free to use whatever you need.
