Q: Will Welcome (aka Newbie) Island return and will everyone start on it?
A: Yes and Yes.
Q: What are University Beer Tokens?
A: Since the old Pharaoh was too cheap to properly install slaves in the schools and university to fan the scientists, they tend to be very thirsty and will accept beer tokens for the university cafeteria... University Beer Tokens are obtained through pre-order and players can use them to bribe their way past the principles of a test, get citizenship or if there are no principles to skip, citizens can increase their level instead. It should be noted that you cannot use University Beer Tokens to bypass the initiations.

Q: What is the current price plans?
A: There has been a price drop from the previous tellings fees. The new month to month rate will be $11.95 USD per month.
Longer term plans are also available:
- 3 month: $35
- 6 month: $69
- 1 year: $131.00 (Over a full free month)
- Full Telling: $193.50 (Over 2 months for free with an expected 18 month telling. If it goes longer, you save even more since every month beyond that 18 months are also included.)

Q: When does T7 start?
A: T7 will officially start on September 11, 2015 at 12 noon (Central Daylight Time, GMT-05:00).
Early Access is available for:
- Full Tale Subscription on September 10, 2015 at 12 noon (Central Daylight Time, GMT-05:00)
- One Year Subscription on September 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM (Central Daylight Time, GMT-05:00)

Q: Will Open Beta be available?
A: Yes. Open Beta will begin at approximately August 28, 2015 at 12 noon (Central Daylight Time, GMT-05:00)
Q: How do I subscribe to T7?
A: While you are logged in to T6, click on Self, then Utility, then Billing. After reading about your desired payment method or subscription plan, and while in the Billing menu, select Store.
Q: Can I subscribe from Open Beta?
A: No. To avoid character name conflicts, subscription to T7 must be made from T6.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and American Express are fully automated processes. PayPal is also accepted, but this is a manual process. In summary, you send the funds, the funds are added as a credit to the game, then you buy your prepay package. Bitcoin will eventually be accepted, but has not yet been implemented.
Q: I've pre-paid, where's my receipt?
A: Email receipts is currently being worked on by the developer.
