Welcome to Egypt!
You've landed at the newly-established Glenbard guild. If you are a returning player, welcome back...if you are a new player you are in for a treat, this is a very "dense" game. Layers upon layers!
Hit "F3" for your map...you will quickly notice Egypt is *HUGE*. It would take hours to run East-to-West, over a day to run North-to-South! There is a ton of information on this wiki, including new player guides like this http://www.atitd.org/wiki/tale6/New_Player_Guide
In Egypt there are pockets of heavily-populated areas and even more wilderness...Glenbard is a mentoring guild that is working to establish a new population center. If you like to play and discover most of the knowledge yourself, this is a great place to "settle". We have set up many medium-advanced buildings that will get you established quickly, but all the advanced play will be up to you.
If you would like to settle near many other players, we recommend you head down to River Plains or Seven Lakes.
