Still here? Well let me share what little I know.
Wine making starts with the Viticulture technology. Any level 5+ player can learn it at any UWorship where it's been unlocked.
The next thing you'll need is a vine cutting. If you take one deben of fishing to a UWorship that has unlocked viticulture, they'll give you a vine cutting in return for the fish.
