Claim Marker

If passed, this allows the construction of Claim Markers which claim a 25 coordinate radius for their owner (Individual, guild, or public) that will prevent the long term existence of specific outdoor buildings that falls outside of the ownership type.

If a Claim Marker exists in an area, the construction of a specific outdoor building will be prevented. If a specific outdoor item is already in existence when the Claim Marker is built, and it falls outside of the ownership of the Marker in range it will survive 48 hours before it becomes salvageable to the public.

The specific outdoor items are: Wood Plane Flimsy Brick Rack Drying Rack Small Distaff Flax Comb Fire Pit Storage Basket Apiary

A Claim Marker can not be constructed above an altitude of 400 feet. A Claim Marker may not be built within range of another Claim Marker. If someone builds a Claim Marker within 75 coordinates, of a 45+ sector compound either owned by you, or your primary guild, and they use the Claim Marker to grief your area, you may call a Game Master and have them move it to just outside of your zone. For the purpose of this law, Griefing may be defined by building multiple of any of the specific outdoor buildings listed above with no intent to use them for resourceful advancement in the game.

Each character will be limited to one claim marker, and may only be moved/rebuilt once every 14 days.

Claim Marker cost: 40 Boards 20 Nails 16 Wood 8 Rope
