Well below was the last time I blogged.  I haven't been in Egypt for a bit but myself and the human are very very proud to say we have befriended many of our ATITD friends on facebook.  It would be great if Teppy utilized facebook more to give out information to the masses since many people are all over the place since its near the tales ending.  I know one day when a message on fb came up a whole bunch of us yaya's met up in atitd that night.  I miss the old group and hope we all come back to when the new tale begins, but now with shards who the heck knows where everyone will be?

I'm speechless... for a change...  it is sooo quiet in Egypt when I pop in.. I know that lots of peeps either have gone to the new shard or taken a break from ATITD.  I miss my friends, acquaintances, and visitors to Saqqarah.  The human is depressed and i try to comfort her when she is sad.  She frequently sees her wonderful YaYa guildmates on fb but it isn't the same as actually chatting and playing in Egypt.  The human let me check out the new shard with a new name for 1/2 hour.  Sort of incognito running around trying to see if there was a feel of the new tale.  We have both come to the conclusion that it wasn't the same feeling.  In a new tale, everyone is starting off together for a common goal and is chatting it up working on things together. Yes, 1/2 hour isn't enough time to check it out probably, BUT, in that 1/2 hour - there was no welcoming island and people to help me, I was placed in a rather inconvienient spot on the map, and it just wasn't the same.  I'll be happy to hear anyone's views on this or what I did wrong.  I did not tell anyone I was BooBoo and i was most certainly nothing at all like BooBoo.  You could say it was a third personality for the human.  Sorta like the Sybll syndrome.  Oh well, maybe we will try again in a week or so if that's possible, but for now I will continue on my tattoo test thingy and jump in a few times at night during the week.

It was a great day in Egypt.  Although we were asked to sign a petition that didn't say anything.  Very odd! I am hoping it wasn't a pre-nup with Sami.

Today was the last race of the season.  Jeff finished 3rd in the points and Jimmie Johnson won the championship for the 4th season in a row.  No more races till Daytona in February so Sundays will be a bit empty for the human for a few months.  I think it's time to get back into the swing of things in Egypt.  Starting right after Thanksgiving.  I forgot what I was working on at the beginning of the month and will take an accounting of my skills, techs, tests, and compound stuff.  Ahhhhh back to the stuff.... I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to it.  Most of all, I look forward to spending more time with the YaYa's and wonderful peeps of Egypt.  Where are you Cory0210?  Not very nice that you have been missing for so much time when I'm ready to gab away with you.

Today is the next to last NASCAR race of the season.  In two weeks I go into withdrawal till February without a race to watch on Sundays.

The human and I have had our sense of humor return.  We didn't have to vacuum all week long after cleaning up after Fred's demise.  It's the first time in 30 years that happened.  Yes, Fred was part of our family for 30 years.  Now he is part of the history of our family... AND... we don't have to vacuum every single day anymore.  The human says goodbye to him every morning still, forgetting that he is gone, and drove by the pet store and parked, and realized before she got out of the car that she didn't have to get any bird food.  BUT... she actually went out this week and didn't come home after work, ACK!!!! usually she stopped home to cover Fred. We would both like to thank Cory0210 for having a moment of silence in his honor last Sunday.

The human and I are at a loss for words or play today.  Fred our beloved cockatiel has passed on.  He was friend, family, and sometimes acted like a pet bird.  He will be truly missed.

As I always say, a new day, a new month.  Today I spent time at the compound digging basements in my warehouses.  Now that my dear friend Pitaboo is gone, I moved the chests from her compound into her warehouses, and I'm keeping up her compound just in case she decides to come back.  OCD prevailed and I labeled everything by alphabet.  I was a bit of a crazy person running back and forth and was happy lots of my friends were online today as I watched Jeff get caught up in a crash in the near final lap and end up finishing terribly.  Only a few more weeks of NASCAR and the human goes into nutcase mode for the duration of the winter until the Daytona 500.
