Construction Projects

We have half the Breezeways we need complete. Two more are planned for the North Facility, and is limiting my desire to get ourselves a Gyration Cell. In the meantime, Voyna has made hers public at her metalworks - in the desert west of SThought.

To get the Breezeways for the north, I want to first make sure we have the materials to recover full operation (and then some) upon dismantling equipment. Here are the list of supplies we need for that, as well as possible construction costs for the Breezeways themselves.
