I changed all the resource descriptions that were broken links (i.e. red links; non-existent pages) so that they went to at least the base page for an item type, if not a specific item page.

Example:

{{ResResource|Boards, Black Rotproof|0|10200}}      ::      {{ResResource|Boards{{!}}Boards: Black Rotproof|0|10200}}
Boards, Black Rotproof      ::      Boards: Black Rotproof

I also changed some of the item descriptions to a more standardized format.

Example:

Quality 8500+ Hatchet      ::      Hatchet: Quality 8500+

I realised after having made most of these changes that (at least some of) these descriptions may have been taken directly from the donation list at the University in game. Some of these probably were not, or were at least copied from previous tales' wiki files and contained various captialization and description orders.
Because this took me a fair bit of time (and I did it all in one major edit) please let me know if these syntax changes are not wanted rather than reverting the edit. I will actually go to each University and get the exact text descriptions of resources for each tech and edit the wiki so they will match in both places.--Wyphy 10:49, 24 July 2012 (EST)

I did happen to be close to a Uni that had current research and checked the requirements against a current research tech and found that many, or maybe most, of the syntax changes I made matched what was actually listed in-game, so I won't be changing the syntax anymore, instead relying on those entering the resources to enter them correctly.
I will still change them so they link internally correctly to the base material, or other applicable material, machine, process, etc., though it would be nice if those entering the resources would do this to begin with using the (base item name){{!}}(description) as shown in my previous comments.
I'm also considering putting a link to the Research guide page, which shows how to enter things properly, on the main RP Research page so those that don't know all the little secrets can learn them.--Wyphy 18:57, 24 July 2012 (EST)
