Upon passage, all previously-enacted departed player laws will be repealed.
For each month a player has been paid, that player will have one month of protection from his/her items being claimed. A player who has paid for three months, for example, then goes unpaid, will have his/her items claimable three months after he/she goes unpaid.
An heir may be named: the heir will be able to claim a player's goods 14 days after that player goes unpaid.
Items built by trial accounts that have never been paid will be claimable 14 days after being built.
Exterior woodplanes, flimsy brickracks, flax combs, and small distaffs will be claimable 7 days after their last use, regardless of whether the player who built them is active or not.
Compounds at 0% for 60 days will be claimable, regardless of who built them.
