Yes I own one of the Breezeway Blueprints, I found it on a Towering Palm in an oasis in Shabbat Ab

No I will not Sell the Blueprint.

No I will not trade the Blueprint.

No I will not loan you the Blueprint.

First off, My priority with the Breezeway Blueprint will be building public works compounds, and then private citizen compounds.

For the most Part I will be contacting public works groups (rather than them me) asking if they are interested in having a compound built for them. However you are free to contact me for a public works project, please specify in your chat that its a public work project and Specify the guild and or region you are representing. I don't care what the compounds are used for as long as its in public's benefit (public carp benches, kilns, things of that nature). (I would expect that these compounds will also be at or near chariots in the 'centers' of town, for equal use) Public works projects will work as follows:

I will meet you at the location you desire and place the compound. From there I will edit the blueprint plan to your specifications and give you material cost. I will return once your materials are gathered and ready to be loaded(I assume this will take time to gather donations from the public etc). Any further changes to the blueprints can be made when you have the materials ready (Its best to have extras of each type, especially if making changes). I also have a testing compound setup in the desert near my home compound and if you wish we can go out there and build a spec compound, and you can have exact costs. Please ensure however that you have enough space for the compound.

Private Citizen compound construction will be as follows:

First off, they wont be free, I would like some form of compensation for my time. Not much, but whatever you feel is appropriate for a time compensation.

Second, I expect you to have the materials ready when I arrive, I don't have a problem spending time with you working out the layout you want, but I don't want to stand around while you grow flax or whatever. I have enough trouble growing it myself, so I probably wont want to join in with that particular task.Third You have to understand this is still just a game, and I've got Real Life things to do, might involve sudden afk's or delays in me being able to come out to your compound. I will do my best to get to you to get it done.

Finally, As with public works I can modify my spec compound to get you an estimate of costs, We can arrange a time to meet me there (its in Shabbat Ab). Or if you give me the general idea of size (6x6) (7x11) etc I can work something out from there.

Some Basics:

1. Compounds can be only be expanded by a blueprint holder (expanding, loading materials) 2. The owner of the compound can Mantain and Load Cornerstones. 3. The Compounds Maximum size is 84 (See screenshots)

Now on to the interesting stuff.. The following gallery's show a max size compound, to give you an idea of what it will look like, There is also screenshots of costs, as well as some cost estimation tables. Costs work essentially the same as our current compounds. It gets more and more expensive the further you move from the cardinal point.

If you have any questions feel free to ask them in post form here on the wiki, if you are interested in a public works compound chat me in game (tell me its for public works, what guild is hosting (or person), and what region), if its private,r chat me in game stating that its for a private compound (this includes large scale guild compounds that will be non public).

Gallery 1 Basic Breezeway Compound

The cost for this is 100 Boards 200 Bricks same as any other Compound

Here are a few screenshots of them fully Expanded in a Basic Shape.

These Next 2 Screenshots are approximate costs with all raised versus all flat roofing

Obviously these are just basic costs, to only intended to give you a rough outline of what to expect.
