This is very misleading and I did not edit any maps for a LONG time because of it. Only the master rolled up version should not be edited but all the child maps are open for editing.
I suggest whoever is in charge of the map section alter the wording on child maps to say "Enter your data HERE". Zhukuram 14:40, 15 April 2012 (EST)
