Various fertilizers can be used on Flowers such as Sea Lilies:

Basic Flower Fertilizer is made in a Kettle and does not require stoking (non-stoked). Enriched Fertilizers are made in a Kitchen and require Advanced Horticulture at a University of Worship to make. All Enriched Fertilizers use Flower Fertilizer as an ingredient.

Normal fertilization rate for Sea Lilies is 48, however, lilies such as Energy have a 'V' gene that reduces the fertilization rate by 2 fertilizations for each 'V'. See Genomes and Phenome Theories Links.
